Make a date with Love Speed Dating in the heart of Birmingham joining like-minded singles ages 40's & 50's (age approximate) all looking to find the same thing as you..... a potential love partner. The events are held at a beautiful cosy cocktail bar Be At One in the centre of Birmingham opposite New Street Train Station Grand Central. Love Speed Dating have exclusive use of the back bar and the venue is very private and romantic with low lighting candles and gentle music to help set the mood.

A professional welcoming hostess will put you at your ease and explain how the evening will run. Then the ladies get settled into their tables before the gents join them and the dating begins. 

Each participant has 5 minutes with each date - up to 15 single males/females.  After 5 minutes of chatting to your date the bell will sound and the men move around to the next table while the ladies remain seated and at the end of the evening you decide if you would like a further date say yes to make a new friend or no to move on to the next date. You will have a date card provided to help you make a few notes to help you decide who to date again and you hand this into the hostess at the end of the evening.  Your results are calculated the next day and sent to you via email so you can make contact with your new love interest straight away.

Meet and mingle in the bar from 7.30pm to 8.00pm dating starts at 8.00pm and with a break at half time will continue until around 10.15pm. Feel free to stay after the event and chat with the people you have met as the lively bar is open until late with a DJ cool cocktails and dancing.
