Refund Policy: Refunds up to 7 days prior to event, except in the case of event being cancelled or postponed. Processing fees, Platform fees, Service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances except when event has been cancelled. Please e-mail [email protected] and we can either transfer your ticket to another one of our events (must be equivalent in price/value), or you can choose to transfer your ticket to a friend.
