Small group classes—limited to 12 student-athletes.
At T7, our soul purpose is to elevate your child’s game both mentally and physically—without wearing them out. Our goal is to provide the tools, guidance, and knowledge to improve sports performance and develop life-long skills.
It has been our mission to engrave positive skills, drills, and qualities in youth athletes that they can take home and apply to maximize their peak performance. All 12 speed drills are repetitive by design, featuring simple, foundational movements fueled by intensity and effort, never exceeding 30 yards per run. We believe that attention to detail and a commitment to self-improvement are the keys to achieving big results.
The T7 Speed Program is upgraded seasonally and handcrafted from years of obsession, dedication, and mentorship, and aligned with top NCAA Division 1 speed programs today.
This program will serve as the foundation of the ‘Speed Break Camp 2026.’

Camp Schedule:
• Week 1: “Chase the Cat” – Timed straight-line speed & resistance training
• Week 2: Lateral movements, push & pull, 4-cone gallop
• Week 3: Max speed output (timed) & 8-cone gallop
Special Offer:
• Current T7 clients: Free admission to this mini-camp
• All attendees will receive free admission to the Spring Break Camp 2026
