Join us for Spectra QEST’s 2026 User Conference: QEST NEXT!

This dynamic event will help you achieve greater efficiencies with optimized use of QEST Platform in field, lab and office operations. You'll also get to preview what's coming next for QEST Platform and learn about exciting upcoming changes!

Engage with industry experts, see the latest product releases, learn about exciting upcoming features and functionality, and try a sandbox environment running the full suite of QEST Platform products.

Please plan to travel to Tempe on Wednesday, February 18th and join us that evening for the Welcome Reception starting at 6:30 PM at the H Bar Patio on the first floor of the venue. Sessions will start early Thursday, February 19th and continue for a full day, ending with a group dinner offsite. We'll reconvene on the morning of Friday, February 20th with sessions continuing through the early afternoon. The full agenda will be available soon.

Registration:

Registration is $550 plus taxes and is required for each attendee. Registration includes snacks, beverages and lunches for both full conference days (Thursday, February 19th & Friday, February 20th) as well as for the group dinner on Thursday evening.

Attendees staying at Hyatt Place Tempe / Phoenix / University will receive a complimentary breakfast with their hotel room.

All travel and lodging reservations and costs are to be handled and paid for by each attendee and are not included in the Spectra QEST 2026 User Conference registration fee.

Travel & Lodging:

Lodging: Hyatt Place Tempe / Phoenix / University located at 601 E 6th St, Tempe, AZ 85281 will be the site for the conference and is also the preferred lodging site. Please click here to access our room block and special rate of $229/night for conference dates (checking in Wednesday, February 18th and checking out on Friday, February 20th). Book soon as this rate is heavily discounted and a limited number of rooms are available!

Travel: Tempe is conveniently located within close proximity to Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) International Airport. Please plan to arrive in Tempe on Wednesday, February 18th.

Ground Transportation: Ride-hailing companies (Uber, Lyft & Waymo) are available at PHX. Rental cars are also available at PHX and valet parking is available at the conference venue for a fee. The airport is a 10-minute drive to Hyatt Place Tempe / Phoenix / University.

Valley Metro offers several public transportation options to the conference venue with a direct, one-seat ride available on the A Line. Please note that Tempe is pedestrian-friendly and easily walkable. Tempe also has free downtown circulator shuttle service, Orbit, to ease your local exploration.

Attractions:

We'll keep you busy with information about how to optimize use of QEST Platform, but if you're heading out before the conference or staying afterwards, Tempe and the surrounding area offers something of interest for everyone!

Tempe has a rich history and sport scene with stunning natural beauty, museums and galleries within walking distance from the conference venue. The greater Phoenix area also offers many other outdoor, nature, arts and sports activities.
