Join sound practitioner Chuck Matzker for a very special 60-minute sound-bathing meditation at Mystic Fitness.In this gentle sound practice, we attune to the natural vibrations of the Earth and the quiet harmony within ourselves.

Soundbathing was developed to deeply relax students while invigorating our most profound emotional and creative elements. Singing-bowl frequencies may help soothe feelings of tension, anger, fatigue, anxiety and depression, while increasing
inner peace and balance in the body and mind.
