Celebrate the last Saturday of summer with a grounding yoga practice that leads right into a Savasana infused with the tones and vibrations of crystal singing bowls.
Led by certified yoga teacher and Reiki Master Lani Voivod, this class aims to calm your nervous system, clear lingering clutter, and align your energy for the fresh rhythm and crisp clarity of Autumn. All levels welcome.
This class is free for Studio 151 Fitness members, and $15 drop-in rate for non-members, payable by cash, check, or Venmo.
