**SPECIAL OFFER** Sound Bath (£12 to celebrate our 12 year anniversary)

Join us for a blissful afternoon of deep relaxation and meditation…

My sound baths are hosted in my newly refurbished studio space at 12 St. Catherine Street, Cupar (basement floor) where I create a cozy candle lit experience to promote inner wellbeing and calm.

You will be immersed in healing vibrations and sound waves using a combination of gongs, Tibetan bowls, Quartz crystal bowls, ocean drums & bells. Each session will last for 75 minutes (65 mins instruments followed by 10 mins rest & relaxation).

T&C’s -

- My sound baths are a group experience with a maximum of 8 people per session.

- Suitable for ages 14+ (under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult)

- Doors will open 15 minutes before your session begins & will be locked promptly at the beginning of the session (strictly no late comer’s as this causes disruption to the session)

- Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable to another date (you may pass your place onto another person if you can no longer attend)

- Essential items to bring - pillows/cushion for comfort, water to drink (you may wish to bring an eye mask/eye cover too). Chairs can be provided for those that would prefer to be seated.

- My studio is situated in the basement of 12 St. Catherine Street, Cupar with stair access only (approx 10 steps to access the lower level).

- Contraindications - my sound baths are not suitable during pregnancy or for anyone with a pacemaker fitted.

- Please check with your health professional for the suitability of a sound bath if you have any of the following medical conditions - epilepsy/seizures, sound sensitivity, tinnitus, PTSD, any severe mental health conditions.

*Please note I have taken every measure to ensure that each session is as calm & peaceful as possible. However, being located within the town centre there is always a possibility of mild noise coming from traffic, alarms, emergency service sirens, shouting etc (in my experience this is ocassional and has little impact of the session as a whole).

**This is a group session and snoring/heavy breathing from others, sound from others moving position may occur. I appreciate that this may cause annoyance to others. If you feel a group session is not for you I can also offer 1 - 1 sessions, or bring your own group sessions (please get in touch on - 07867502224 to arrange).
