Club Officer new update:
After our previous post, it was brought to the officers' attention that, according to Robert's Rules of Order and our club bylaws, an officer is not required to resign in order to run for an open office.
Because of this clarification, the only open officer position at this time is President.
If you would like your name to be placed on the ballot for President, please send a message to Jessica by August 2nd. Ballots will be printed shortly after the nomination deadline. As always, there will be a write-in option and proxy ballot option available.
A Special Meeting will be held on Sunday, August 9th at 4:30 PM for members to vote for the office of President.
Shall the Vice President position become open there will be an election of that open position at a minimum of 5 days later in accordance with the by laws.
