Masterful in both Kata and Kumite, Frank Brennan’s achievements are unparalleled. He holds the record for being crowned KUGB Grand Champion more times than any other karateka—a testament to his exceptional skill, dedication, and relentless pursuit of excellence. We can only imagine how many shelves he’d need to house the countless trophies won over his illustrious career.
As an Instructor, Sensei Brennan’s thoughtful approach, precise explanations, and unparalleled insight into techniques, mindset, and strategy have made him one of the most sought-after teachers in Karate. Each session with him offers an invaluable opportunity to learn from one of the greatest.
