Stress from the holidays? This Is the best place to be to release all the stress that comes with a house full of people or even just out shopping. Or maybe you had to travel and that is stressful for you. So come and get some healing and sound all in one evening.
During this meditation Tina Escoto will be guiding you on a healing journey to renew and rejuvenate your body using "Gold Christ Light", crystal singing bowls, gong, Grandmother Drum, and Native American flute.
Tina will then bring in Spirit Healers into the room during the meditation to help you release old emotional wounds and/or physical pain.
You will be lying down for this meditation. We have blankets and please bring a pillow, mat or anything to make it more comfortable for you.
We have gravity chairs available to rent for $10.00.
