February brings a special event. On Saturday, 2/22, a number associated with balance, collaboration, love, and harmony, we bring together two events in one as Soundscapes by Becky is joined by health rhythms facilitator Dave Betz for a drumming circle to start off the evening. Dave has facilitated many drum circle events since 2002. During this event, we will begin the first half hour by exploring and expressing your creativity and connection with others and spirit during a facilitated recreational rhythm and music making session. You will enjoy playing and co-creating group rhythms and making joyful noise together before settling in for an hour sound bath of celestial frequencies that starts by carrying you through a short guided meditation focused on “being” offered by John Sparks before being whisked away by the loving vibrations of singing bowls, ethereal gong, chimes, drums, and so much more. These sacred sounds permeate, not only the thoughts and emotions, but every cell of your body. As a special bonus to this event, Reiki Master, Gina Betz will provide the healing light of Reiki to each person who chooses to receive these beautiful healing energies for a heartfelt evening of immersion into the core of your being.
