Special Edition of Elegant Expressions: Jazz and Poetry Open Mic

Look no further than our upcoming Poetry and Jazz event, “Elegant Expressions” hosted by the award-winning poet, Suavethepoet. This month we will have a special edition of Elegant Expressions; featuring a live rendition of "The Hangover" Spoken Word Album written by Suave the Poet and produced by QthePraise. This project is supported by a Grant from the Arts Council of Fayetteville|Cumberland County and, in part, by contributions from the City of Fayetteville, Cumberland County, and other community partners. This event will transport you back to the romantic vibes of the classic Love Jones movie, with live painter, Damien Mathis of Dmathisphere Art Gallery http://www.dmathisphere.com/ capturing the essence of love throughout the evening. We will also have a special segment where we discuss love in modern times and the challenges we face.
