Please join us for more Sound Bowl Meditation. This wonderful experience will take place during our regularly scheduled Gentle Yoga class at 1245pm on the 3rd Thursday each month. Class will begin with Chrissy guiding you through about 15 minutes of gentle yoga, followed by a 45 minute sound bowl experience. You are encouraged to bring any extra "comfort" to class such as a pillow or blanket.

Meet Mia-
Being raised by two army veterans definitely came with a lot. One thing for me being a dysregulated nervous system. I spent the past 4 years not only working my way through college but using my time away from home to turn my nervous system into a calm one. I now use my education in kinesiology, elementary education, and psychology from two separate higher-educational institutions, as well as, long nights of meditation and prayer to share not only God’s Love, but healing through vibrations.
