The dancing jam will be this time facilitated and led by the international dancer and teacher @Pawel Michal Konior, after his workshop in Luxembourg on the weekend 9-10th November 💫.. an opportunity not to be missed.
Practicing contact improvisation can have numerous benefits, it enhances body awareness, coordination and balance.
Additionally it can be a great way to relieve stress, express emotions and cultivate a sense of playfulness and joy 🥰💛💯
We will start by an energetic and enjoyable warm up given by PAWEL ✨ integrating all participants into the dancing Jam🕺where a magical release of energy blockage is waiting for us 😍
SO, if you are whatever professional or amateur dancer, come join, jump in, dance, move and improvise...💃 🕺
Even if you are not from the dancing field, come share your personality and enjoy the artistic atmosphere.. you will be welcomed with open arms and surrounded by experienced, supportive and inspiring community.. we will be there to facilitate your movement and make you enjoy 😃🙋♂️🙋♀️
