This workshop is ideal for anyone working with trauma and mental health, whether in-person or online. Social workers, family carers, and those with lived mental health experiences are also welcome.
The training will be led by Anthony Fidler, a HeartTouch therapist, Mindfulness teacher, and Tai Chi & Qi Gong teacher, and Silvija Zagar, a Body-Centred Therapist & Wellbeing Trainer, both with many years of experience working with a somatic approach to healing trauma.
Workshop size: Places are limited to 10 so please book early to be confident of attending.
