During this brief meeting, we will discuss the position of Associate Pastor, the work of the Call Committee, the strategic goals of the congregation, and a proposal to amend the 2024 budget to increase the compensation range to accommodate the possibility of increasing the Associate Pastor position from half-time to three-quarter time.
