Kay Littlehales has been a people development practitioner for over 20 years and she is determined to introduce the alternative approach into more boardrooms and executive conversations. She has worked with some of the UK's leading global companies and has had her own experience with burnout, pressure and struggles with the intense expectations within KPI's and deliverables.
So, Kay is now supporting other lightworkers and practitioners to become more credible and confident in building their pitches, styles of facilitation and work, so it is more flexible and easier to digest for closed minds and new opportunities.
Our Intro session takes a deep dive look at some of the work that Kay already does within corporate and she will be sharing a tried and tested structure called Focal 3 that helps you to build your messages, break down your facilitation and story telling techniques.
We will be running three conversations that are CPD accredited and this is an introduction to show you the tool kit and introduce you to new faces and different minds all n the quest to make a difference.
