From Silence to Story: A Trauma Informed Digital Storytelling Workshop.
About this Event

Our EVERY EMOTION IS VALID Workshops funded by National Lottery Community Fund is all about Storytelling, Creativity and Healing.
Last October, we continued to open the door to storytelling and open, honest conversations via the theme; "Break The Stigma: Threads of Truth Your Story Matters", reminding every voice that it deserves to be heard.

This April, we continue with our April 2026, Emotional Wellbeing workshop themed, "From Silence to Story: A Trauma Informed Digital Storytelling Workshop". This is a natural extension of our October 2025 experience. It moves beyond conversation into creation, offering a safe and supportive space where participants can begin to explore, shape and share their stories digitally.

Building on the foundation of awareness, this workshop guides participants to gently move from silence to expression, and from expression to empowerment. Through visuals, voice and simple video formats, participants will learn how to translate their lived experiences into meaningful digital stories.

This is beyond telling stories, it is about reclaiming voice, restoring confidence and using digital platforms as a powerful tool to share truth, foster connection and inspire change.
