Speaker Studio is a professional content capture experience for speakers, authors, founders, entrepreneurs, lawyers, and other experts with a message, presentation, book, or body of work they are ready to share more widely.
On November 7, a small group of participants will take the stage at The Station Theater outside Nashville and deliver an 8 to 10 minute presentation while a professional photographer and videographer capture them in action.
Instead of trying to piece together speaking photos at one event, video at another, and updated portraits somewhere else, you can create a library of professional assets in one morning.
Your Speaker Studio experience includes:
• 8 to 10 minutes of dedicated time on a real theater stage
• Professional video of your presentation
• Professional stage photography while you speak
• A short speaker portrait session
• A live audience so your footage looks and feels like an actual speaking engagement
• The option to invite up to five guests
• Visual assets you can use across your website, speaker page, media kit, social media, pitches, proposals, press materials, and future speaker reel
This is designed for someone who already has something meaningful to say and wants stronger visual proof of how they show up when they say it.
You do not need to be a full-time professional speaker. You do need to arrive with a prepared 8 to 10 minute segment that you are ready to deliver.
By the end of the experience, you will have current professional footage and photography that can help meeting planners, podcast hosts, media contacts, collaborators, and prospective clients see you doing the work, rather than relying only on a bio or headshot.
Your registration also includes a ticket to The First Edition that evening.
The First Edition is an intimate Clarity Print Co. dinner and launch experience featuring dinner, drinks, your choice of the .1 Daily Gratitude Journal™, and the premiere of founder Chandani Patel Thompson’s signature keynote.
Speaker Studio is intentionally limited to eight participants so each person receives dedicated stage time and focused professional capture.
