The Mandurah Seniors Centre is excited to launch our new monthly Speaker Spotlight series, starting with Robyn Bickell from Estuary Guardians – a passionate local group dedicated to caring for Mandurah’s dolphins and the Peel‑Harvey Estuary.Formed in 2015 by John Tonkin College, Estuary Guardians supports dolphin research and rescue and helps the community report dolphin sightings. Their work plays an important role in protecting our local waterways and the marine life that calls them home.
Join Robyn to learn more about Mandurah’s dolphins, the challenges they face, and the work being done to protect them. She’ll also share simple, practical ways you can help care for dolphins and the estuary in your everyday life.
This is a great opportunity to learn about a local cause, connect with others in the community, and gain a deeper appreciation for the natural environment that makes Mandurah so special.
