We are excited to announce the next installment of our Speaker Series at The Georges on October 16th, featuring nationally recognized botanical artist Anne Blackwell Thompson of Blackwell Botanicals. Anne embraces the centuries-old art form of pressed botanicals by preserving foliage and flowers and creating beautiful, artistic compositions. Her work is a culmination of her years of study, her significant training in studio art and art history, and her love of the natural world. 🌿🌸The event will include hors d’oeuvres and a complimentary glass of wine. We also invite you to join us for an optional private 3-course prix fixe dinner with Anne Blackwell Thompson starting at 7 PM.
