“Bonaventure Cemetery Veterans Project… bringing to life the stories of veterans buried at Bonaventure.”
A self-confessed “cemetery junkie” and a former army brat who has lived in more states than he can remember—as well as Germany, Korea, Ethiopia, and Iceland—Bob Alhouse serves as treasurer and historian of Bonaventure Historical Society, where his background as an accountant and chef has proved valuable in his work at BHS. Bob will share a short history of the cemetery and an overview of his project to find and document the lives of veterans buried there whose stories haven't yet been told.
