Melissa Londry comes to us from SW Virginia. She is an outstanding asset to the trail and ultra communities. Melissa is a mother, runner, therapist, trailsisters & la leche co-leader, advocate and race director. I am so excited she will be coming to share her experience and advice with us. She participates in alot of races with varying distances, some including MMTR 100, Yeti 100, Dam Yeti 50 and Bryce Canyon 50k. We are super stoked she will also run a few miles with us beginning at GOKY and going to go on blue and alumni trails at Brushy then back.
