Join us at West Overton Village for Speakeasy Yoga, an all-levels yoga class hosted next to our Distillery! Bring a mat, a blanket for under your mat, a drink, sun block, and bug spray. We will move indoors if the weather doesn't cooperate.September's yoga session will be led by Cathy Kumor, MS, RYT. Cathy has taught Yoga for 18 years including classes at Highlands Hospital and Carnegie Library, Connellsville. She is also certified in “Yoga of 12 Step Recovery” and describes her Yoga journey as coming for the physical practice of Yoga, but staying for the healing of body, mind and spirit. Experience somatic practices including breathwork to move from dis-ease to ease.
The Distillery will be open until 8 p.m. to enjoy whiskey tastings, cocktails, and the history of whiskey production at West Overton.
Parking is available next to the Distillery / Big Barn.
Session is $15 / person.
