We'll begin with a guided meditation to ground and focus on clearing energy and aligning the body's energy systems. We'll use a simple breathwork technique (optional) then relax into the sounds of the crystal bowls, gong, drum and other healing instruments to access the theta state to dissolve subconscious blocks.

Schedule:
Doors open at 6:45pm and we begin promptly at 7pm. Please arrive early in order to set up your space and settle in. Latecomers will NOT be admitted after 7:10pm, to preserve sacred space as we cannot accommodate late arrivals once the event has started.
Bring:
Bring something comfortable to lie on (first 10 folks will have a pad provided by the space, cushy blanket, pillow, eye covering, a water bottle, and any crystals or power objects to charge. Pull an oracle card for extra focus!

Jordan (she/her) is a Hypnotherapist and Sound Healing Facilitator who is passionate about guiding her clients and students through transformative healing experiences. Her offerings include immersive sound baths, illuminating psychedelic cannabis journeys, and past life regression journeys, and creating secure and sacred spaces where healing and personal growth and empowerment can flourish.

Parking
Zula Den is located in the heart of West Adams in Los Angeles. There is easy street parking in the neighborhood - who doesn't love that! *Note: there are about 25 steps to enter the space, no elevator.
COVID Safety
