Justin Winery, located in Paso Robles, California, is renowned for its premium wines and beautiful estate. Established in 1981 by Justin Baldwin, the winery focuses on producing Bordeaux-style blends with a particular emphasis on Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
The winery's picturesque setting includes rolling hills and vineyards, providing a stunning backdrop for wine tasting and events. In addition to its acclaimed wines, Justin Winery emphasizes sustainable practices in its vineyard management and winemaking processes. Justin Winery is well-regarded not only for its quality wines but also for its commitment to hospitality and the Paso Robles community.
Our guest speaker will be Kirk Jorgensen, Justin Winery Sales Director for Mountain States. Kirk has worked his way up through the culinary and hospitality industry while also taking time to live in Rome as a musician. He was the head of business development at Southern Glazers Distributing before leaving to build an urban winery, Attimo, in Denver.
Yardbird is famous for its Southern hospitality, celebrated by culinary giants like James Beard and Bon Appétit. Yardbird’s chef will create a special menu for our wine pairings to honor timeless American classics while embracing innovation. Our event will be held in the private “Speakeasy.” This secret hideaway celebrates the rustic condition of the original industrial warehouse while providing a comfortable and convivial club atmosphere.
