On Thursday, June 27, we'll step into the enchanting world of Piedmont, where rolling vineyards meet snow-capped Alps. It's the Italian region where Aperitivo hour was born, and where white truffle, hazelnuts, Tajarin pasta, Robiola, and Nebbiolo-- reign supreme.Join us for an unforgettable final evening of Speakcheesy before we open our newest spot later this year, and celebrate the rich tapestry of flavors that define this esteemed region of Italy.
For our final supper, we're bringing in our powerhouse team. In our kitchen, Executive Chef Hannah Bardin, will return for her Speakcheesy farewell menu after leading our kitchen for nearly the event's entire run.
We're also thrilled to welcome our Guest Chef for the evening, David Ellis, former Chef de Cuisine of Ashley Christiansen's acclaimed Poole's Diner and owner of the recently opened Figulina (best pasta in the Triangle!) in Raleigh's Warehouse District. David has been celebrated for his longtime obsession with handmade pasta and using it as a vessel to highlight North Carolina ingredients.
Finally, we'll welcome back Paula De Pano of Rocks + Acid as our sommelier! Our favorite wine curator will pair 6 incredible wines with each dish.
Important Note: Historically, we've made an effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and aversions. However, due to the limitations of our kitchen space and resources, we are unable to accommodate during this final celebration. At this point, we can guarantee there is no shellfish on the menu, but we apologize in advance that we are unable to make any additional substitutions.
Tickets are $195 per person and include tax and gratuity (tipping is not necessary and can be zeroed out at checkout).
