Speak with Confidence, Speak with Clarity, Speak with IMPACT - Auckland
About this Event
Speak with Confidence, Speak with Clarity, Speak with Impact
How we communicate shapes how people experience us, how well our ideas are understood and, ultimately, the influence we are able to have.
In this practical and highly interactive workshop, communication specialist and keynote speaker Monique Bradley helps participants develop the confidence to use their voice, the clarity to know what they want to say, and the skills to communicate in a way that connects with other people and creates impact.
Participants will explore some of the most common challenges around speaking and presenting, including nerves, uncertainty about what to say, how to structure a message, how to keep an audience engaged and how to deliver with greater confidence and presence.
Monique introduces simple, practical techniques for managing nerves, structuring presentations, strengthening vocal delivery and using stories to make ideas more engaging and memorable. The session also explores communication as a form of influence and challenges participants to think intentionally about how they want to be experienced and remembered by others.
The focus throughout is not perfection. It is building competence through practice, developing greater self-belief and learning how to communicate with confidence, clarity and genuine human connection. The workshop closes on Monique’s core principle: confidence is built through competence, and competence is built through repetition.
Participants will leave with:
- practical tools for managing nerves and speaking anxiety
- a simple way to structure what they want to say
- techniques for improving pace, pitch, projection and pronunciation
- greater awareness of how stories create connection and influence
- practical experience speaking and practising their delivery
- a clearer understanding of the impact they want their communication to have
