SPCKRFT Summer of Play: Movement, Breath & Creativity
About this Event
What happens when movement becomes exploration instead of exercise?
This summer series combines yoga-inspired mobility, breathwork, and mindful practices designed to improve movement quality, increase body awareness, and support nervous system regulation.
Each class explores a different area of the body (spine, hips, shoulders, core, or breath) through accessible movement, guided breathing exercises, and practical recovery techniques. Sessions conclude with a light creative activity, offering an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and integrate the practice.
