Whale Club | Hong Kong, HK
MSU Hong Kong Spartans Alumni Club will be hosting the annual professional networking event, Spartans' Spotlight Series, on November 20, Wednesday.
Join us for an inspiring event that raises mental health awareness and cultivates mental toughness. This year, we've gathered a panel of distinguished speakers with the inclusion of our fellow alumni —Keith Lui (representative of the China Hong Kong Paralympic Committee, Ronald Leung (professional tennis instructor), together with our honorable guest 5-time Hong Kong Olympian and Co-Founder of Mind the Waves, Stephanie Au —will share their personal and professional insights on mental health's crucial role in overcoming challenges.
Throughout the event, our speakers will discuss their experiences with mental health, offering both first-hand and third-person perspectives on cultivating mental toughness during difficult times. The importance of acknowledging mental health, fostering open communication, and showing empathy to those in need, shall be great examples to address the inner worries we all have with ourselves.
*Please note this event will be fully conducted in Cantonese*
Come and be part of a conversation that encourages understanding, resilience, and support within our community. This would be a great opportunity to connect with other Hong Kong Spartans/ Big Ten alumni and friends.
