This includes a unique 1 hour workout, followed by about 45 minutes of obstacle training.
Dates: Oct 4th class at 7, Spartan at 8.
Oct 11th class at 8, Spartan at 9.
Oct 18th class at 9, Spartan at 10

Competed in over 50 OCRs and trail races in 7 states over the last 10 years.

2019 Goliath at the Gorge 10K OCR Overall Champion
Three-time Spartan Age Group Champion
Most notable progress in his training came from F45 workouts resulting in better stamina needed to transition to/from high intensity obstacles and trail runs without rest.
