What to expect
A soothing sound bath to settle body and mind
Gentle guided meditation to release the day
Light reiki for calm and balance
What to bring
Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
PJs/comfy clothes
Extra blankets, pillow, eye mask—anything that helps you relax
