Our most anticipated class of the year! We'll taste all the good global sparklers, paired with the cheese that the good Lord intended. It's decadent, fer sure: but who doesn't deserve a bit of decadence?

This class usually sells out, so buy your tix asap and get it on the calendar, and here's to a great holiday season!
