Laurie and Mandy will guide you through a fun workshop that focuses on posture and framing incorporating expressive movement and dance with increased confidence and attitude.
A safe, comfortable and fun environment encourages participation in all aspects of this unique workshop.
We hope you can join us as we share our passion for body positivity, confidence building and our experience of dance and performing.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you feel good in and bring your biggest smile.
Booking a space is highly recommended.
£24 per 2-hour workshop.
There will be a break for free tea/coffee biscuits
