Spark intimacy is designed for couples and individuals who desire to understand and experience how deepening intimacy releases barriers, pain, and trauma-making space for pleasure, love, relaxation, and play. As a relationship and sex psychotherapist, I bridge the science of sex and relationships with sexual energy healing. The workshop will utilize breath, movement, and sound interwoven with experiential activities. The transformation is releasing conditioned beliefs holding us back and connecting to the natural guidance within the body. We are designed to love and connect. Part education, part experiential.
