Spark Innovation: Founder & Biz Owner Mindfulness & Accountability Group

This workshop is for entrepreneurs, business owners, people looking to make a career shift, or bring a new idea into fruition. Expect accountability, thoughtful prioritization and connection.

We'll begin each session with a mindful moment and check-in. We'll discuss themes including: Generating Creative Solutions, Vulnerability in Leadership, Working Through Obstacles, Digital Presence & more.
Our 4 weekly meetings will take place on Fridays from 9-10:15am, 5/2/25 - 5/23/25 at the Lumberyard in Mill valley, CA. Please arrive a couple minutes beforehand if you'd like to get a coffee or tea from nearby Flourcraft. Bring a journal, a pen, and an open mind.

By registering for the first meeting, you are confirming your spot for all four sessions. You do not need to register multiple times.

Facilitator Kyla Hilboldt is the Founder of Waveflow and has spent over a decade building & scaling teams and profitable businesses in the health & wellness industry. Kyla has led group meditation and inquiry sessions for thousands of people, including individuals, studio classes and corporate groups. Prior to founding Waveflow, Kyla helped grow the Operations and Business Development teams at SoulCycle after an early career in Investment Banking. As a Waveflow facilitator, Kyla’s intention is to create an environment where participants are encouraged to choose courage and make meaningful decisions in the direction of their heart.
