SPARK! Benefiting Bright Futures Gala.
Join us for the inaugural SPARK! Benefiting Bright Futures Gala, an unforgettable evening celebrating the vision, creativity, and legacy of the founders who helped shape Norman’s vibrant arts community. This special night supports the Firehouse Art Center and the Art Sparks program, which brings hands-on art education to Norman Public elementary schools.
This year, we proudly honor Carolyn Folkins, Carol Whitney, and Audrey Irwin; the women whose creativity and determination transformed a former fire station into a lasting home for the arts. Their legacy continues to inspire new generations of artists, and this evening is dedicated to celebrating that impact while fueling what comes next.
Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated dinner experience, a dynamic art auction featuring local and regional artists, and a meaningful award ceremony honoring the Firehouse founders. The night will conclude with a lively afterparty at NOUN Hotel’s ONE Bar, where the celebration continues and the creative energy carries forward.
Tickets:
Individual tickets are $150 + tax per guest and include full gala access: dinner, art auction, award ceremony, and afterparty.
Sponsorship Opportunities:
Support the arts while gaining meaningful community visibility through SPARK! sponsorships, ranging from SPARK Champion ($10,000), SPARK Advocate ($5,000), SPARK Supporter ($2,500), to SPARK Friend ($1,000). Each level includes event recognition, guest access, and exclusive benefits.
Art Auction & Artist Submissions:
The SPARK! Art Auction will feature 50+ original works and live artist demonstrations, raising vital funds for arts education. Selected artists may choose to donate 50% or 100% of their work’s sale value.
Key Dates:
• June 15 – Applications close
• July 22 – Artists notified
• Aug 3–14 – Artwork drop-off
• August 22 – Gala night
