Culinary Delights by Chef Adam Cooke

The evening's five-course menu will be meticulously crafted by our Executive Chef, Adam Cooke. Chef Cooke, a James Beard semifinalist for Best Chef Southeast in 2020 and the South Carolina Restaurant and Lodging Association's Restaurant Chef of the Year in 2022, is renowned for his innovative farm-to-table approach. His dedication to showcasing local, seasonal ingredients will perfectly complement the selected Parés Baltà wines.
