As part of Chef Elies three-week residency at Jazu, he will host a one-off supper club on Tuesday 4 August.
The five course menu will be served banquet style:

Elies trained at FKA Black Axe Mangal, and was most recently Head Chef at Brick Lane's ORANJ. His cooking is fun, modern and flavoursome, and he uses the flavours and ingredients of Mallorca and coastal regions along the Meditteranean to create his own playful, vibrant versions of the classics. Super young and super talented, we're delighted to have him in the Jazu kitchen...
