Topic 1- Cases and clinical management at SpaMedica
This is a series of visual recognition tests which are laid out in a SpaMedica hospital so that when they take tour, they can benefit from CPD along the way. Each 'station' has an image and 3 questiosn related to the topic/case. Aminimum of 3 statiosn will be included, up to a maximum of 6. Registrants get the chance to view the image and read the questions, and then they are encouraged to discuss their answers as a group, and compare each other's understanding. The correct responses are shared with attendees afterwards.

Topic 2 - Beyond Pressure: The Future of Glaucoma Diagnosis and Treatment
This session reviews how glaucoma care is evolving beyond intraocular pressure alone. It outlines current and emerging approaches to glaucoma detection, monitoring, and treatment, including OCT imaging, visual fields, and new technologies. The focus is on practical implications for UK community optometrists, supporting earlier detection, better risk assessment, and more informed referral and shared-care decisions.
