Spaciousness-Movement class

Spaciousness is a somatic workout class designed to create expansion from the inside out. Get ready to sink into your body in this fun fusion class of intuitive movement, strength training, and a little bit of dance!

This class is inspired by Bowspring Movement by Amanda Cepeda and Foundations Training by Eric Goodman to bring awareness and illumination to our inner channel. We will explore the ebb and flow of pushing our thresholds and softening to rebalance our nervous system. This class will create space for intuitive movement allowing your body to speak and move. And of course, a little dance infused for some fun.

Join Jacquelyn Paige, Therapeutic Yoga Instructor, for a class that will leave you feeling expanded and empoweredBring a yoga mat or ground blanket and anything else that will help enhance your experience (ie: yoga block or leg bands)

Feel free to pack a snack to hang out after!
*There is a big field and playground for kids to play during the class or hang out next to you*

*Mark your calendar for future dates! We will be meeting the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of the month for April and May. We will meet under the pavilion.
