The Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) is the oldest light we can see in the universe, light leftover from the Big Bang at the very beginning of the Universe. Join postdoctoral associate at Rutgers University, Dr. Huei Sears, as we explore the discovery and importance of the CMB and how the pop song “Hello” by Adele is also about the CMB.
Stop by this FREE Space Talk, participate in a Q&A with Dr. Sears, sip on a cosmic cocktail, and even do some stargazing on our telescope deck during your visit.
Space Talk is included with your admission to LSC After Dark (21+) on January 22.
