Spa Yoga Mini Retreat

The class begins with gentle yoga, followed by a guided facial ritual and metta (loving kindness) meditation. At the heart of the experience is an extended, deeply restorative savasana, during which each participant receives Kelly’s signature ‘Soul Care’- a personalized blend of hand-on-assists and energy work designed to evoke profound relaxation and inner balance.
