These special nights are designed for profound renewal: We begin by intentionally creating a sacred space together, followed by herbal saging (smudging) with aromatherapy to clear stagnant energies and invite fresh, healing vibrations. Then, immerse in nourishing self-care for body, mind, and spirit.
