Soy Candle Making Workshop for the Lunar New Year
Come join us for a fun and creative workshop where you can learn how to make your very own soy candles to celebrate the Lunar New Year! Get ready to immerse yourself in the art of soy candle making and create personalized candles to bring luck and prosperity into your home for the new year. Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to learn a new skill and craft something special for the festive season! We love having an opportunity to meet people in the community and give everyone something unique and fun to do, so allowing you to make your own scented soy candle is a great way to do that!
In this workshop, you will learn the advantages of using soy in making candles compared to most candles that contain paraffin. We do this in a laid back setting where you will get a chance to know your host and fellow participants, have some laughs, learn a few things, and have something great to take home with you. Select one of dozens of fragrances we will have on hand that suits your senses. You will have 4 container options for making your candle - in a 5 oz. glass container, or a 6.2 oz white, yellow, or green tin container. AND If you'd like to add a little color to your candle, we will have plenty of options to choose there as well. Water and coffee are available for the duration of the event.
