This presentation will cover:

• 🗂 How to store and organize your club’s growing number of digital files
• ✍️ Creating and editing documents collaboratively in real-time
• 📊 Using Google Sheets to track data and sign-ups
• ✅ Simple forms for RSVPs, surveys, and voting
• 🔐 Managing permissions for secure access

Our speaker is Ann Baker, retired teacher and tech admin for Town & Country Garden Club of Libertyville. Ann uses Google Drive and Workspace to help preserve and coordinate the digital communications and documents of her garden club.

TIPS:

1. To get the most out of this session, it’s best if your club or you as an individual have a Gmail address set up. We’ll be using Google tools that work best when you're already signed in.
2. Bring your device! Bring a laptop or tablet so you can follow along and try out the tools during the session.
3. Expert users will be available to help participants throughout the presentation.

Bring your own coffee or drink in a sealed cup to prevent any accidental damage to the laptops/tablets. Snacks will be provided.
