July marks the 250th Anniversary of our country. From Colonial subsistence plots to WWII Victory Gardens, planting seeds and growing your own food has been integral to those over two centuries history of our country. In this program, we will look at gardening in the United States, from Thomas Jefferson to patriotic citizens during WWII. Then you will choose, and plant, up to three different seed types commonly used throughout our country's history.
