The Sovereignty Circle is a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your full self. It’s a place to show up authentically, listen deeply, and be witnessed in your humanity—without pressure to fix, perform, or be anything other than who you are.
At East Tennessee Mentorship Association, we believe true healing begins when we feel safe enough to be fully ourselves, seen, heard, and held in compassion. We created Sovereignty Circles as a way for our community to practice this together: slowing down, speaking truthfully, and honoring our own inner authority while respecting the sovereignty of others.
✨ What to Expect:
-We begin with a short grounding meditation.
-Each participant is invited to share from the heart—without interruption or advice.
-We practice deep listening, noticing what arises within ourselves as others speak.
-We close with intention setting and a few quiet moments to reflect.
✨ Come be still, be real, and be witnessed as a sovereign being forging your unique life path.
Join us by donation every other Tuesday (ish) evening at East Tennessee Mentorship Association.
