About the Teacher:
Chloe DeGrate is a Musical Theatre and Dance student at Coker University and the creator of Sovereign Somatic Flo. Holding degrees in Paralegal Studies and Public Affairs, her previous academic work focused on providing remedy for natural disasters. However, she has since recognized that the real crisis is the disaster of a deregulated nervous system.
