Sovereign Mother Rising is a sacred, trauma-informed retreat created for women and mothers who have experienced domestic violence, relational trauma, emotional neglect, or generational wounds — and who are ready to reclaim safety, sovereignty, and embodied healing.
This is not a retreat where you have to explain yourself.
This is a space where your nervous system can finally exhale.

What You’ll Experience
Over two days (or one day at a time), participants are invited into:
• Cacao & womb healing ceremonies
• Somatic & trauma-informed yoga
• EMDR micro-intensives
• Sound healing & shamanic journeys
• Art therapy & guided integration
• Reiki Level I attunement
• Ancestral & multigenerational healing
• Coronation & sovereignty rituals
Each day is its own healing sanctuary — you may attend one, or both days.
